我會開車 I'm Driving

阿花,一名老婦人開著一輛車

跟另一個老婦人,阿花的朋友”阿莓”坐在旁邊.她們倆看不清儀表板上的方視線.

開著開著,她們便道達一個十字路口了,交通號誌亮的是紅燈,

但她們還是開過去.

A Hua, an eldery woman were out driving a car

with her friend a Mei who sit next to her.

They both could barely see over the dashboard

As they were cruising along, they came to an intersection, the stoplight was red,

But they just went on through.

坐在駕駛座旁邊的老婦人心裡想
“我一定是老眼昏花了,我們剛過的路明明是紅燈”
The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself
“i must be losing it, i could have sworn we just went through the red light”

幾分鐘後,

他們到了另一個十字路口,又是紅燈,

而且
他們又闖過去了.

After few minutes later,

They came to another intersection, and it was also red light,

And again they went right through.

這一次,坐在乘客座位上的阿莓

幾乎能確定剛才的燈就是紅燈,

但又擔心自己老眼昏花.

她漸感不安,決定要仔細留心.

This time, A Mei who sit on passenger seat

Was almost sure that the light has been red,

But was also worried that she might be mistaken.

She was getting nervous and decided to pay very close attention.

到了下一個交叉點,
千真萬確亮著紅燈,
阿花卻照闖不誤.
At the next intersection,
With pretty sure the light was obsolutely red,
But A Hua went right through it.

阿莓轉向阿花說道

“阿花,妳知不知道?

剛才妳一連闖了三個紅燈?

再這樣下去妳會讓我們送命的”

A Mei turned to A Hua and said

“A Hua, did you know?

We just ran through three red lights in a row?

If you went on like this, you could have killed us”

阿花轉過頭來對她說

哎喲,我在開車嗎?

A Hua turned to her and said

“gosh! Am I driving?”
